Parking near Nine3One is easy, with multiple garages, pay-by-space lots, and street parking all just steps away from our venue. Street parking is available around our building and throughout downtown. Please check posted signs for time limits and metering hours.

While we do our best to keep you informed of any downtown community events that might affect parking, some are scheduled last minute. If your event coincides with one of these, parking availability may be more limited—but there are always options within a short walk.

Parking Garages – $1.25/hour

  • A: 9th Street Garage – Between L & K Street (~2-minute walk)

  • B: 10th Street Garage – Corner of 11th & K Street (~3-minute walk)

  • C: 11th Street Garage – Between I & J Street (~4-minute walk)

Pay-By-Space Lots – $1.25/hour from 6 AM–6 PM

  • D: Modesto Center Plaza – 11th Street between L & K Street (~2-minute walk)

  • E: 10th Street Plaza Shopping Center – 9th Street between J & I Street (~3-minute walk)

  • F: I Street Lot – Corner of 9th & I Street, across from McDonald’s (~3-minute walk)

  • G: 10th Street Lot – Corner of 10th & H Street, across from Merrill Lynch (~4-minute walk)
