💒 VowPop Booking & Cancellation Policy

Because every love story deserves smooth planning and no surprises.

🗓️ Booking Terms

  • All VowPop experiences are booked and paid in full online at the time of checkout.

  • Bookings are available up to 90 days in advance and must be made at least 72 hours before your event.

  • Event start times are locked in when you reserve your slot. Reschedules are permitted (see below).

  • Each package includes a defined guest limit and timeframe—please review these before booking.

  • Packages are designed for short, all-in celebrations. If you’d like to extend your time or guest count, upgrades are available!

💳 Payment Policy

  • Full payment confirms your booking and locks in your date.

  • All pricing includes venue use, styling, coordination, and the specific inclusions listed in your package.

  • Add-ons (extra time, guests, mini cake, toast, etc.) must be paid no later than 7 days before your event.

  • All payments are securely processed online via our booking system.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We get it plans can change. Because our events are all-inclusive, limited in capacity, and require staff preparation, all sales are considered final once booked.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booking: 50% refund (minus processing fees).

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours after booking: Non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals that exceed your booked time will forfeit the event and payment.

  • In the rare event VowPop must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (power outage, weather emergency, etc.), you’ll receive full credit toward a future date or refund.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule once as long as your request is made at least 7 days before your original event date.

  • Reschedules within 7 days of the event are not permitted and will be treated as cancellations.

  • A $150 rescheduling fee applies to cover staffing and calendar adjustments.

  • Rescheduled events must take place within 90 days of your original booking.

  • All reschedules are subject to date and time availability.

⏰ Event Timing

  • Your booked time includes setup, celebration, and cleanup. Please plan accordingly.

  • Maximum event duration: 2.5 hours total, including any paid extensions.

  • Events must begin and end on time so our team can prepare for the next celebration.

👥 Guest & Vendor Guidelines

  • Guest limits are listed with each package (max 40 guests total).

  • Alcohol service is limited to champagne or sparkling beverages unless otherwise approved.

  • Outside vendors (photographers, florists, officiants, etc.) must be pre-approved by VowPop staff.

  • Marriage licenses and identification must be presented before the ceremony begins, if applicable.
